Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of elegance, music, and meaning at Celebration, Over the Rainbow’s signature event, now in its 36th year. Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Michigan at Northwestern’s exquisite Galvin Hall, this one-of-a-kind night is not to be missed.
This year, we are excited to welcome Ana Gasteyer to Over the Rainbow’s Celebration Concert! Ana Gasteyer is best known for her unforgettable six seasons on Saturday Night Live, where she created iconic characters like NPR’s Margaret Jo and music teacher Bobbie Moughan-Culp, along with spot-on impressions of Martha Stewart and Celine Dion. A versatile performer, Ana has starred on Broadway as Elphaba in Wicked, and on hit shows like Suburgatory, The Goldbergs, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Also a celebrated vocalist, Ana tours nationally with her big-band jazz act and released the holiday album Sugar & Booze to critical acclaim. A graduate of Northwestern University, Ana’s sharp comedic voice and dynamic presence continue to captivate audiences nationwide. Stephen Holden of the New York Times raved about Gasteyer’s comedic stories and her “strong singing voice that can stir up a storm.”
More than a concert, Celebration brings together music lovers, supporters, and advocates for an elegant afternoon that honors the residents of Over the Rainbow and supports our mission of empowering independent living for adults with physical disabilities.
