Celebration has been Over the Rainbow Association’s flagship event for the last 35 years.  This gorgeous concert celebrates OTR’s mission, residents, staff, Board of Directors, and continuing future.  Celebration has had world class performers such as Patti LuPone, Denyce Graves, Heather Headley, Brian Stokes Mitchell, and Mandy Patinkin.  This year we are honored to welcome Grammy and Tony Award winner Jessie Mueller to our Celebration stage.
