The Belden Apartments are OTR's first apartment building, established in 1982. Belden is a two-story elevator building with four apartments on each floor. Located at Belden and Halsted in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, it is conveniently near restaurants, shops, and DePaul University.
