At Over The Rainbow (OTR), we believe a physical disability should never limit a person's potential. That’s why we create safe, affordable, and fully accessible housing, giving people with physical disabilities the freedom to live independently and the support to thrive.
They couldn’t imagine their physically disabled but mentally sharp children locked away in institutions or isolated in assisted living—living in isolation, unable to leave their apartment for a cup of coffee, choose their own caregiver, work, or pursue education. Their hope is for a life full of freedom, community, and dignity.
